For new patients wishing to schedule an appointment with Stafford Family Counseling (SFC), complete the New Intake form on the Forms page and fax it to (540) 658-0855 for the speediest response. You will receive a call within one business day.

For general questions you may contact SFC by emailing our general information address below. Additionally, you can email the appropriate staff member directly. If you use an email program (e.g., Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora), you can use the addresses directly. If you do not use an email program, you may submit requests using the subsequent form.
